If you are not completely satisfied with your La De Daa's purchase, we will be happy to exchange it or refund the purchase price. All you have to do is return the item within 30 days of purchase, undamaged, unworn, and in its original packaging. You will be refunded the original price, minus the cost of shipping and handling.
We are sorry but it is not possible to accept returns for any bath, body and soap products. Custom-made and monogrammed merchandise may not be returned or exchanged unless it does not match you ordered or is damaged upon delivery. Please be sure to check the spelling of names, initials, etc. before placing your order. Because some items are handmade, we can not guarantee that all items are identical.
Please contact us through e-mail before returning a product to receive specific return instructions. We are unable to accept items that are returned without contacting us first to receive a confirmation number. You will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges unless the return is due to our error in filling your order.
